PROGRAM PACKAGES

We offer flexible session packages so you can choose the option that best fits your schedule and goals. Please see the descriptions below to sign up for the session that is right for you

TECHNICAL

Focus on the fundamentals. These sessions emphasize stroke mechanics, footwork, and consistency. Players receive instruction and feedback on technique, with plenty of repetition and ball-feeding drills. Best for players looking to refine form and build a strong technical foundation

TACTICAL & LIVE BALL

Match-style training. These sessions emphasize point play, shot selection, and competitive situations. Coaches set up live-ball drills and tactical scenarios to develop strategy, decision-making, and competitiveness. Best for players who want a faster pace and to translate skills into match play.

105

High-energy tennis format. 105 tennis is a fast-paced, point based informal doubles-style game where teams race to get to 105 points. Agressive play is rewarded with higher point values for specific winners: 20 for an overhead winner, 10 for a volley winner, 5 for a groundstroke winner, and 1 for other points. Best for players who want a workout and game-style practice in a social setting
